A full booking and delivery platform: public site, admin dashboard, couples' portal and guest-facing wedding tools
The problem
Running wedding websites, guest galleries and photo booths for several couples at once meant enquiries, questionnaires, agreements, payments and build checklists were spread across email, documents and memory, with no quick way to see which wedding needed attention.
What I built
A custom platform where every service is defined once and drives the enquiry form, pricing, questionnaire, task checklist and setup. It includes an admin dashboard with traffic-light status for every wedding, module switches with dependency rules, per-couple colour theming, a magic-link portal where couples fill in details and sign their booking agreement, and the guest-facing gallery, Photo Hunt, RSVP and check-in that run on the day.
The result
Every wedding is visible at a glance, with anything overdue or stuck flagged in red. Couples have one place to follow progress, and new services can be added without rebuilding the rest.
