7. Project work & ongoing support

Website builds and ongoing support are treated as separate services. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, ongoing support is not included by default and additional changes, maintenance, or support may incur additional charges.

8. Payments & refunds

Website design and development services are bespoke and begin once work has started. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Any deposit paid is non-refundable once work has commenced
• Refunds, where applicable, are limited to work not yet completed
• Completed stages of work are chargeable and non-refundable
• Ongoing support or maintenance fees are non-refundable once a service period has begun

If a project is cancelled by the client, JBH Media Limited reserves the right to retain payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where these terms are breached, communication becomes abusive or unreasonable, or legal/ethical concerns arise.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
